Quotes and estimates
Estimates provided through this website or by phone are indicative. A fixed quotation is issued after a site survey and written scope of works. Scaffolding, skips and waste removal are included in our project packages unless stated otherwise.
Planning and drawings
No professional plans need to be in place before you contact us — we can help you obtain the planning permission and drawings your project requires. Planning application fees typically start from £1,500 depending on the size of the project.
Timescales
Timescales depend on the scope of works and typically range from 1 to 9 months. We keep you informed with regular meetings and catch-ups throughout the build.
Payments
Payment schedules are agreed in writing before works begin, normally staged against completed milestones. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Guarantees
All projects carry an 18-month workmanship guarantee and 5 years on structural works, subject to the agreed scope of works being maintained.
